The Service-Wohnen Theresien-Hof has a recreation room which can be used by the tenants by arrangement.
The basic service in our Service-Wohnen Theresien-Hof includes minor handicrafts - material costs are not included. Services in the handicraft area include, for example, changing a light bulb, connecting the washing machine, attaching pictures and other minor tasks. Services beyond this are subject to a charge and belong to the optional service - for example, larger repairs, services and works. We will be glad to inform you about the prices in a personal conversation.
At Service-Wohnen Theresien-Hof, we offer you security around the clock. Should you need help or support, an emergency call system is available in every apartment.
This means you can get expert help at any time and be cared for if necessary.
Each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system with intercom contact; this ensures quick and competent help at all times.
The offers and services of our housekeeping service at Service-Wohnen Theresien-Hof are optional services. We will be happy to inform you about the respective costs in a personal conversation.
These optional services include, among others:
- Cleaning of the apartment
- Errands
- Laundry care
- Delivery of drinks and bread rolls
- Car parking space
Our meal service is an optional service. You have the option of taking lunch in the cafeteria of the GFO Center Drolshagen, Wohnen & Pflege St. Gerhardus. You also have the option - like lunch - of having breakfast and/or dinner brought to your own apartment.
We offer you a varied and tasty cuisine with regional products. Our in-house kitchen is there for you. It will also be happy to tailor meals to your personal wishes and needs - such as certain diets or requirements for diabetics, etc..
